Administration- This is the day to day process of maintaining an Employer
Sponsored employee benefit program.
Advocacy- This function is crucial but most clients aren’t aware of this aspect
of service. In most cases because very little of it is done by their consultant,
broker or agent; but often advocacy on behalf of the client is done "behind the
scenes" and thus not readily noticeable.
